Store terms

Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are subject to available stock in the UK size you select.
Bundle savings of 10% on 2 pairs and 12% on 3 or more pairs are applied to the pair subtotal and cannot be combined with a promo code.
Delivery is charged per order and is free once the discounted total passes R1,000.
Unworn pairs may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery.
Online payment is not yet active. Test orders placed on the site are requests to purchase and are confirmed with you before any payment is arranged.

Product notice

SNEAKETHU is an independent South African store. We are not an official retailer, authorised stockist or agent of any of the brands whose model names appear on this site, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Brand and model names are used only to describe the style of the pair you are buying. Stock is sourced independently rather than through brand-owned channels, which is how our prices stay at student level, and pairs are not sold as brand-authenticated stock.

If a pair is not what you expected, you can return it unworn in its box within 14 days for an exchange or a refund of the pair price.

Privacy notice (POPIA)

We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.

What we collect: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
Why we collect it: to process, deliver and support your order, and to send you drop emails if you opt in.
Who we share it with: only our courier partner, and only the details needed to deliver your parcel.
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your details.
On this device: your bag and wishlist are stored in your browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
