How long does delivery take?

Orders ship with a national courier and arrive in 2–4 working days for main centres, and 3–5 working days for outlying areas. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected.

Do you deliver to university residences?

Yes. Add your res name and room number in the delivery notes at checkout so the courier can find you, and use a mobile number you actually answer.

What does delivery cost?

Flat R95 nationwide, and free once your discounted order total passes R1,000.

How do the bundle savings work?

Buy any 2 pairs and save 10% on the pair subtotal, or 3 or more pairs and save 12%. The saving is applied automatically in your bag and never stacks with a promo code.

Can I exchange a pair if the size is wrong?

Yes — free size exchanges within 14 days on unworn pairs in their original box, subject to available stock in the size you need.

How do I pay?

Secure online payment is being activated. Until then you can place a test order and we'll confirm payment arrangements with you directly on WhatsApp or email.

Where do your sneakers come from?

We source independently, not through brand-owned channels, which is how we keep prices at student level. We are not an official brand retailer or authorised stockist, and pairs are not sold as brand-authenticated stock. Every pair is described honestly, and if a pair isn't what you expected you can return it within 14 days unworn.
